Coaching fees, cancellations, and refunds

Coaching fees, scheduling, cancellation terms, and any applicable refund provisions will be discussed and agreed upon before an engagement begins. Once services have been provided, fees for those services are non-refundable.

Paid podcast subscriptions

For paid podcast subscriptions, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation options, and any applicable refund terms will be disclosed at the time of subscription. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but access will generally continue through the end of the current paid subscription period unless otherwise stated.

If you believe a charge was made in error or have a question about a payment, please contact Monjoba LLC through the Contact page. We’ll make a good-faith effort to review the issue and resolve it promptly.
